Hello everyone,
I have a problem on a machine. After 2-3 fast key cycle (Key On ->Key off-> Wait 1 second -> Key On) the configure time from the OXO24-110 gets to about 45 seconds. Which means that all outputs are disabled during this time. When the key cycle is long enough, about 5-10 seconds, the configure time is 1 seconds (which is OK). However, when the service tool is plugged into the CanBus line, this problem NEVER happens. The configure time of the OXO24 is always 1 second. That makes it hard to troubleshoot.
Also, on the CanBus line, there are 3 OXO24, 1 IX24, 2 Keypads, and 2 other modules, all connected to the Can 1 of a MC050-110-nl. The Bus load is at 43 %. When we unplugged 2 Danfoss modules, the configure time gets OK.
There are no errors on all the Canbus checkpoints, the modules are never in BusOff mode. It is always only the configure time that gets longer after a couple key cycles, without any errors.
From what I understand, it looks like the OXO24 are not completely turned off, which causes hardware issues.
Did some of you ever experience these issues ? And why does the service tool plugged into the CanBus causes the configure time to always be OK.
Is there a solution from programming, other than not key cycling fast?
