Hello, I've had plenty of experience running PVED (isobus) valves from Danfoss. We cannot get the PVG16 PVEO Series 7 PVED-CL Isobus valves to work. PVG16s with proportional coils are working fine. I checked CAN scans to confirm messaging is going out, and the PVEOs respond with the correct estimated flow message but valves do not actuate. I am not getting any faults from the valve. On occasion the valves will work for about 15 seconds after power up. I tested sending DM11 and DM13 messages to try to get the valves to actuate again but to no avail. Valve LEDs are flashing green (power save) and do not respond to the command, yet they still send the estimated flow. (I assume because PVEO do not have LVDT).) Valve LEDs never go to solid green. We have not been able to check if they go solid green at the times when they decide to work as it does not occur often nor for very long. Any ideas? We've been working with Kraft Fluid and Power for the past week trying to get this working as customer purchased the hardware from Kraft. Also, we are using the Danfoss Series 7 block - S7_PVE_CI_CC_J1939_76.
Update: changed the valve settings to eliminate power save mode. On power up LED was solid green. The instant the valve was commanded, the LED began flashing green. How can it go into power save mode when it was disabled in the valve?
