I created my own GPT to assist with Danfoss Plus+1 Structured Text Coding.

I've uploaded all the manuals and have worked out some of the nuances of ST in Guide that don't align to IEC 61131-3 language. (limitations and syntax's)

When I've been in trouble in the past, I just got a trial licence. It gives you 30 days for them to get their act together.

Disclaimer: I do not have the CS10's available to test any more, and am not sure if following was with the CS10's or the WS103's I used before.
To be able to connect a Wifi-Bridge, I needed to deactivate the bluetooth mode.

i have been using the CS10 to setup a CAN Wireless bridge for over a year and have not had many issues,  setup was generally pretty easy.  However, I am now setting up the M2M connection with the latest version 125 CS10 program that is factory installed and I can not get the two CS10 to connect.  Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing any issues with the new version and if you found any work arounds yet.    When scan the Wifi networks with the CS10 in station mode, I can find the other CS10 but when I enter the password and click connect, it does not connect.  Best guess I have as of now, is that it is a password issue.

Hello samuelhj,

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting licenses for the tools, and it shouldn't have to be that way.
The license model is changing and from what I understand the next step is for the user to be able to buy licenses/renewals online. Unfortunately I don't have any dates on when this will happen, but if I'm not mistaken,  it's only details left  to get it up and running??

I wonder if you could contact another Danfoss distributor?

I did, and they were unable to help (Win10  - OS wasn't supported any longer)
As the laptop was quite old, I replaced the hardware, and the issue did not reoccur, making me wonder what went wrong. It looked like a browser-license manager hick-up that tried to open a web page in Chrome / Edge but didn't receive a response from Danfoss, so the page timed out, and the Lic. Manager crashed. Guide and Service tool failed to load because of the "invalid license"

As far as I know, any Danfoss PS dealer can help you, within a few days, not just the one who sold you the original license.
I agree this isn't the most consumer friendly system, but I can understand why Danfoss doesn't want to set up a sales system for a single product with limited sales volume.

Unless you can get the dealership in your country to cooperate it's essentially futile to get any license renewals.
And if they can't be bothered? Well unlucky you.
I like Danfoss products and have been writing software in it for years now, but once a guy quits his job and some one else takes over and just doesn't give a shit about this. It's all over. Very nice to say the least.
