Hello everybody...
i have a mistake with Update Center V1.0.190...
When i start the program and click to install Pluss1 or ServiceTool the desktop aplications send me to the web site for loggin ... after i logging, the website show me the message " Congratulations!, go to Plus1 tools (Desktop)...(http://web_site)
Wherever when i come back to the update center... and clik on install button, the app send me again to the web site... to the en of time...(http://desktop_app)
please someone can help me ? i need to install the plus1 again...

I guess you are seeing an error that is reported CQ: P100007622. This issue is fixed in the upcoming release of the Update Center.
Workaround at the end of the email.

Explanation:
After opening PLUS+1 Update Center, and you are asked to log in, you end up on a “Congratulation” page with a button that says “Go to PLUS+1 Tools (Desktop)”.
Clicking the button may present an Error pop-up and the Update Center is non-responsive until the clearing the Error by pressing “OK”. (Sorry about the bad screenshot)
The Error pop-up may not be visible for some users because it is hidden behind the Update Center window that the user can’t move or minimize.
It is notable that
- The login process is already done.
- It’s not necessary to click the button on the “Congratulation” page. Just close it.

Work Around.
Visible Error:
Click OK and proceed with PLUS+1 Update Center as usual.
Non visible Error:
End PLUS+1 Update Center with the help of Windows Task Manager and re-open it.

There are a few users who have not been able to get Update Center up and running with the above solution.
If you have not registered a case with PLUS+1 Helpdesk, please do so.

yes i registered the case in plus+1 helpdesk from two weeks ago... but, i am still yet a true answer for this... :'(
while, i ask for install the older version of P+1 because i don't need the last version for the development that i need to do.

I can see in your case that you got a response May 26 saying that you are running the tool as an Admin?
You should not run the PLUS+1 Update Center as an admin.
Double check your settings and get back to your support person.

yes, i ran the tool as admin, but too i ran with normal user ...wherever, with both option, does not works..
and i sent the same answers to the help desk.
