Title: E248 security access denied

I am using a Kvaser Leaf Light V2, PLus+1 recognises my gateway and shows connected but "Start Communication" is greyed out and no information is populated in the service application.
 Do I need a tool key or a genuine CG150-2?
We have used the generic Kvaser gateway in the past without issues.

Hello Thierry

I have seen this error message on two occasions (with CG150):

1. If you have two or more ECUs with the same Node ID.   >Make sure that all ECUs on the bus has different Node IDs.
2. If you open/connect two PLUS+1 Service Tools on the PC.  >Make sure to only have one instance of Service Tool connected to the bus at one time.
