Good Afternoon!
I´m trying to check my CAN channel with a CG150-2 interface;
I´m at online mode / service tool appear "discconected" / my chanel is recognized by: "CG150-2 #0 (Channel 0)" / the power light is continually on / the CAN light is flashing on / transmitted messeges are detected at the CAN window with random messeges like: 0 / 0CDB32F1 / X / 4 / 32 / 02 / 84 / 01 / 691.969 / T / received messeges is an error like: 0 / 00000000 / ErrorFrame / 691.984 / R / My update center tell me that: "No downloads available" / the electrical connection is: POWER >> JOYSTICK >> CAN >> CG150-2 INTERFACE >> PC SERVICE TOOL / the drivers that i have installed are below:
Uninstall:
garbage.ico
PLUS+1.ico
unins000.dat
unins000.exe
amd64:
danfoss_intcanusb64.cat
danfoss_intcanusb64.inf
danfosskcanl.sys
danfosskcanv.sys
Display64.cat
Display64.inf
P1DriverInstaller.exe
WdfCoInstaller01009.dll
winusbcoinstaller2.dll
I think that have a driver missing. I need to know what and how i install this driver. Or it´s other thing? Someone can help me?

Hello Bernardo_SAUR
Some quick points/ideas: Check the cables and connectors, is the unit working, does other units work when you connect it?
If it doesn't help, I recommend you to contact PLUS+1 Help Desk by creating a case here: https://www.danfoss.com/en/campaigns/dps/plusplus1-support-form/ (https://www.danfoss.com/en/campaigns/dps/plusplus1-support-form/)
Have a nice day.

Hello!
Yes, i checked the conectors and the cables;
I have two different CG150-2 here and no ones working, because of this, i think it´s any drive or different version of the software that isn´t working;
The drivers that i have installed appear at my first messege and the version of my service tool is 2025.1.2;
Need i to installed another version or another drive that guarantees functionality?
I installed CANking too, but this appear just "virtual channel";
(I have images of my pc screen but i can´t to paste it here)

Hello
As you are seeing the message that the Service Tool is transmitting (0CDB32F1) I don't think you have a problem with the drivers. The error frame suggests a problem with the CAN bus or the connection of your interface to it.
Are you bench testing with just a joystick connected?
POWER >> JOYSTICK >> CAN >> CG150-2 INTERFACE >> PC SERVICE TOOL
If so check the following:-
- Do you have a correctly configured CAN with 2 x 120K resistors?
- Are CAN H & CAN L correctly connected?
- Does the Baud Rate match the joystick?
What type of joystick are you using?
As far as I am aware the Service Tool will only show Connected when there is a Danfoss controller on the CAN bus for it to communicate with. If it is not Danfoss or does not have a built in controller I don't think you will see Connected but you should see the CAN messages in the CAN Monitor.

Are you bench testing with just a joystick connected? Yes, exactly, it´s just the joystick connected.
Do you have a correctly configured CAN with 2 x 120K resistors? I have just one 120 ohms resistor connected between the CAN H and CAN L. The resistor is connected before my CG150-2 interface. It´s correct, right?
POWER >> JOYSTICK >> CAN H and CAN L>> 1x 120 ohms resistor between the CAN´S >> CG150-2 INTERFACE >> PC SERVICE TOOL
Are CAN H & CAN L correctly connected? Yes. I know this because when i flip the cables, the status of my interface change to "Busy", so i can´t selected it at my service tool.
Does the Baud Rate match the joystick? At first, yes. The datasheet of my joystick says that is 250 kbit/s.
What type of joystick are you using? It isn´t Danfoss, it´s a caldaro jooystick, but i think it wouldn´t be a problem.
(I can´t put images, that would make it easier)

The CAN bus should have 2 x 120 ohm resistors, on the actual machine these should be at either end of the bus, but for bench testing if your cables are not very long you can get away with putting both resistors in the same place. I would try adding a second resistor and see if it makes any difference.
You can verify the bus resistance with the power turned off. The resistance measured between CAN H & CAN L should be close to 60ohm.
I also noticed that attaching images on the forum is broken, perhaps @Tor can report this back.

It´s working!!! thanks for the help!!! I noticed that it had a problem on the connector that i was using to jump the CAN´s. I changed the connector and it works perfectly.

Hello,
Great you solved the connection issue.
I will report the image problem.
Have a nice day.

Hello,
The image problem seems to be fixed.
