Title: USB Storage Device not recognized when using CG150-2 and Service Tool ?

USB Storage Device not recognized when using CG150-2 and Service Tool ?

Hardware is DM1x00 Displays, I have tried on both a DM1200T and DM1000T with no success.

Has anyone encountered this?

I am NOT able read/write/see my USB Storage Device connected to the M12, C4—USB Host port when using a CG150-2 and Service Tool

I am able read/write/see my USB Storage Device when using the USB Interlink and Service Tool which is connected on the M12, C3—USB Device port

I am having a similar issue with USB storage device,  did you ever find a solution?

I didn't not find a solution, i expect it's a hardware limitation, maybe the USB/Serial and CAN port are using some of the same hardware and don't allow the use of both devices concurrently ?

Helpdesk didn't not help me with this issue, i just worked around it.
