Radio remote control recommendations

Does anyone have recommendations as to radio remote control units with CAN bus receivers.  We currently use Miratron units but have recently have had issues with these units and are investigating new suppliers.

Hi

I have done plenty applications with the Ikusi Radio Remotes with a standard reciever, I would feel comfortable using their CAN option.

I have used Scanreco remotes and they do the job very well, and are easy to work with.

But the Ikusi remotes also look good, I havent seen those before.

Hi all!

It's might be very good, if you'll share compliance blocks for Radio Remotes you have used.

I have used the Ranger Series remotes from Base Engineering.  They have a good system - CAN based receivers, easily integrated into the +1.

Hello Everyone!

I work with TM 70 IKUSI Radio Remote Control Systems for lifting arm of crane. This Radio Remotes work in CANOpen protocol.
I have written compliance block for it.
On\Off buttons work very good. But when I use two proportional joysticks some data out of range.
And when I deflect joystick grip  messages (data of Y axis for example)
override values of other axis (X axis). Could you please explain what should I do to decide this problem?

Thank you!

I know this is an old thread but would like to bump it if I may.
How does the radio remote company get their transmitters to send the signal to Plus+1.
I am very new at this, however it looks to me that you purchase a transmitter for your requirement.. a CAN receiver by the same company.. then link the CAN receiver to the Plus+1 MC/SC over the CAN bus?
It looks like Datek has a different set up?  They have a 'special interface'..
Trying to get some elaboration from the experts.

Thank you!

I use a Hetronics Radio Remote Control.  Whatever company you use, they will give you the CAN ID address and messages that you should need to receive and send messages.  As far as I know there's no J1939 standard like there is with CAN Joysticks.
