SERVICE TOOL IN THE CLOUD
« on: December 28, 2017, 12:56:36 PM »
Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone knows when the application of Service Tool for smartphones might be launched.

I want to read the values of a machine in a smartphone through a WS103.

I would like to get some information about Service Tool in the Cloud.

Thank you in advance for your help.

I know that as of a couple of months ago it was with the Customer Advisory Board being evaluated.  Being as I've been too busy to do my part I'm not sure if it's moved onto the next stage yet or not.

THAT IS VERY GOOD NEWS! I would love to have this ability so I am not lugging my laptop around when I could just be on a tablet.

I hope we will see this come through very soon!

The current plan is to launch the Service Tool in the cloud application this spring.  It has gone through several phases of evaluation and we are getting close to a production-ready release.  There are many new, exciting features that will be available with this tool, so keep an eye out for more information over the next couple months!
