non volatile memory issue
« on: January 21, 2020, 07:14:22 PM »
guys,

turns out that I have 3 non volatile memory on the application, it is in a DP570,

i input the values that i want to record, i can see that the value is there, then i cycle power, all came up with the recorded valeu but one.

one shows 65535  - because it is a u16 type,   I do not understad why this happens

now assuming my logic is wrong I set the memory value with the service tool at dowload to 0, when it powers up I see 0, if I cycle power then I see again 655535, it only happens to 1 memory of 3 that I have.

does anyone knows what could be the issue?

Thanks I appreciate the feedback

Which version of the HWD file are you using?

I had the same issue with a DP610TM. Danfoss confirmed it was a bug and have fixed it in HWD v220.  A v220 HWD was also released for the DP570 with the same fix listed in the release notes.

I have version 210 , I looked at the website and that is what danfoss has there, I guess I should check with the help desk for V220

It should be available from the Plus+1 Update Centre.

If the Update Centre is not running automatically you can start it from the Tools menu in Guide. Make sure you are subscribed to the DP570 and the V220 HWD should show up.
