Translate Text in a lot of languages in DP610

Hi,
I have to translate al lot of text in 11 languages in DP610.
I have used Codepage 1250, 1251 and 1252.
I know the way Danfoss have described in manual: Export to csv.....
But: What is the simplest and fastest way?
We have to give the german text to a translator.
And then we have to put this text in software.
It seems to be a lot of work!

Now, I have try to use Excel 2010 to read and modify the csv-file.
But if I save it, it has not the format,  danfoss wants.
Have someone done this and can give me instruction???

I searched internet for this kind of programs and found this:

I tested it and it worked. The only "manual" work I had to do was to remove the commas in the 4 first lines after converting back to Character Delimiter.

I could also copy one column (one language) into Word, change a text and the copy it back to this program.
