Multiple MC Modules?
« on: February 10, 2014, 07:07:32 PM »
Due to space and I?O requirements I am needing to use two MC050-010 modules and some OX modules in the same system. Is there a way to do this or are the two MC's just going to conflict with each other?

This is one major selling point of the PLUS+1 ie expandable.
You just need to give each module a unique ID.

Also, you may want to keep one MC050 as a "custom" IO unit. I mean, use a MC050 without any bulk/programmable content in it. Only use CAN messages that are directly connected to inputs and outputs of this MC050.

My point is to do not have half a program into a MC050 and the other half into the other MC050 for the sake of easy maintenance and upgrading in the future.
