Automatic Start Logging

Is there any way to automatic start logging when entering an advanced Log function screen?
At the moment, my customer has to press a button, but he forget this button several times and then my phone is ringing...

Does he have the service tool set for "Design view" or "Normal view"?
If Im not mistaken, the servicetool will start logging automatically when it is in "Normal view".
