Flashing older MC050

I'm trying to flash a file to an older controller and the .HWD file is a newer version than what is currently on the controller.  The Manual says I will get a warning popup, and I did, but it doesn't say what to do about it.
I have attached links to a couple screenshots.

   Any Help would be appreciated
