Project Libray to screen manager

Hi!

It's longtime I didn't use Display editor.  I have installing guide Plus+1  12.1.8. 
My problem is I can't move any item from Project library to screen manager.

Please can you tell me what happen?

It's done.  It was window bug.  I restarted my computer and every thing was working good.
