Procedure to upgrade firmware on a IO module with a HEX file

As the title says, I would like a procedure on how to upgrade firmware on a IO module with a HEX file. I search on the Danfoss website wihtout any luck.

As simple as it should be! Didn't know you could use Service Tool to download a HEX file into an IO module. Will try it soon. Thanks!
