« on: June 26, 2020, 10:00:44 AM »
When opening the program, the error of the attached image is displayed.

"The character '<' cannot be used in an attribute value.
Line:2
<DI>15</ID><Description>1_Digit</Descrip"

Program is not open.
It is a file programmed by a predecessor and does not know the exact information.
We need help with the cause and solution.

Hi Park,

This is hard to solve without the application.
As far as I understand this happens when you try to open the project? Is the project in P1P format?
If the project is unpacked, not a P1P, look if there are any files in the project folder with this '>' in it's name. It might be renamed by accident.  It's a long shot, but worth looking into.

Good Luck
Best regards,

Hi Tor,

Thank you for your answer.

1) I have a compressed file with .p1p.
However, an error appears when you open the file and it is not compressed into .p1p after that. (Because the file was not opened normally)

2) The unpacked project folder name does not contain the '<' character.

Please let me know if you have any additional information to check.

Thank you.

Hi,

Please send the project as a P1P or zipped file to Plus+1 Helpdesk.
Mail: plus+1helpdesk@danfoss.com

Then we can have a look at it, and hopefully find the issue.

Have a nice day.
Best regards,
Tor
