Does anyone know if Sauer Danfoss has a repair program for the Controllers?

Hi!

You can always return your hardware to your sales office and they will create a CQAR and send it to inspection and possible repair.
You will be informed if it is a warranty claim or if it is possible to repair the hardware and to cost of the repair.

However....SD usually says its broken and bills you for the expences made without telling you what the reason of breaking would be. You also need to be verry patient.... :-(

Hi!

Normally it is very hard to investigate why a hardware has failed. It is not possible to recreate the system to simulate the actual user conditions the hardware is working in. I can only apologize for the response time and say that this is a focus area to shorten the lead times for repairs.
