Has anyone built a block to receive engine faults? I know the EIC applications does this but I find this is mostly for a display that is dedicated to engine monitoring. The software has quite a bit of code that I have no use for.

There are some blocks in the Function Library that can help with this. I as well started out using the EIC application, and then redesigned using the function blocks.  Download the J1939 library here:
