DitherFreq Vs ReqFreq

Hi,
I have an application that uses a MC50-10 the powers a valve requiring dither (simple enough).
The valve manufacture requests that the driver has the following:
dither amplitude = 125mA
Dither frequency = 40Hz
 
Question I have is do I have to set both DitherFreq & ReqFreq to 40Hz for the group or just 1 of them (see attached image)

You only have to change DitherFreq.
