Service Tool. Oscilloscope function EDIT Button problem

I have a test system up and running with an MC050 and a 620 display.

I am using the service tool to monitor a number of test points and I am using the Oscilloscope function to monitor a triangular waveform in the controller.  The oscilloscope function works correctly but when I press the EDIT button on the oscilloscope I get errors on pop up screens which I can't close as another appears as soon as I close one.   The only way to proceed is to use windows task manager to close down the service tool.

The message is

Access violation at 07708A34 in module P1DiagToolbox.dll
Write of address 00000001


Any advice please?
