Can not download using old CG150
« on: October 24, 2017, 10:02:24 AM »
I have an old CG150 (not the CG150-2).  I installed it using the update drivers.  CAN King can read my sensor with it.  But the Service Tool does not find my MC012-110 controller.  The download page have no controller in the drop down.  Is it my CG150, the way I installed it, the way the Service Tool is setup, the MC012-110?  This is my first attempt at using Danfoss.  I built the lhx using GUIDE and it compiled.  Any help would be appriciated.  I am version 9.1 for the GUIDE and Service Tool.

I also have the older version of the CG150 and have not had any issues with MC088-015, MC50-110, MC38-010 controller or DP610 & DP720 displays.

If CANKing is working with your CG150 it would suggest that it is working ok.

Check the following:-
  • In the status bar at the bottom of the service tool screen does it display a green circle and say Connected?
  • In the status bar at the bottom of the service tool screen does it display CG150 #0 (Channel0)?
  • Is your controller displayed in the ECU list in the system navigator?

I have an MC012-110 but used MC012-010 in GUIDE.  Made the change and every works now.  (Everyone has that first project as a nube, but I am now on to the next project)  :D
