Title: Still "No Text" in 5.1...
Post by: Quax76 on November 22, 2011, 01:36:35 PM
Unfortunatly there were no answers to my question in the other topic.
So, here is my question again:

When opening a DP610 project with the new GUIDE, all text get lost. I don't want to reenter all of them.
Is there a chance to transform the text data base from 5.0 to 5.1?

Hello,

Could you please send your project (in version 5.0.9) to helpdesk@sauer-danfoss-plus1.com. Then we can have a look at this issue.

Best regards
Stefan

Hi,
I have the same problem by creating a new project.
I create Text strings, but after I cklick Return, there is "No Text"
Have you solved this problem???

No. Nobody could help me...
I had to reinstall GUIDE and then I could open older projects.

Now I get the answer from Sauer-Danfoss:

You have to install the newest Internet Explorer (8).
Plus1 needs one file from this......

So you will see your Text. No I see my text and not "No Text"
Another problem, changing name of p1p-file, is also solved by this.

Just a little note: It has to be version 7 or later of Internet Explorer. Does not have to be the latest one.
