Help how Send many messages

H! Guys

I am new CAN communication
I am going to send and receive 20 messages. some times I will use J1939.
Please can you tell me about extended option. 
False  11-bit  ID will be from 0 to  0xFFF
True   29-bit  ID will be from 0 to  0xFFFFFFFF.
Is-it correct?  Please could you show documentation and examples
If I choose repetition sending  100ms,  can I use it for all messages.
