MC 050 - 120 Pins P47 - P50 Power Supply +

Hi,
As per MC 050-120 data sheet Pin C1-P47 to Pin C1-P50 is Power Supply+.
Its also says,
"PCB damage may occur. All device power supply + pins must be connected to battery +."
I missed this caution while setting up controller, just connected first two pins to ground & battery+.
But Now I can see that Pin C1-P47 to pin C1-P50 somehow got connected to battery.
Only possibility is its connected internally, If Yes am I still supposed to connect them to external power supply... :-\ :-\ :-\

One Pin is able to drive 8 Ampere.

Thanks for the response. I was wondering the same thing. In my case i'm aiming to use those as supplies to switches. Will save me a couple of splices in the harness. Not expecting any issues since my draw through the MC is significantly less than 8A.

You're planning to use these pins as power sources for switches? I'm not sure if these pins are all truly common or if there are PCB components such as diodes that might prevent this type of usage. You might also look into something like a Deutsch buss connector. They make them up to like 12 position, but for just a couple of switches something like this would work https://laddinc.com/product/?sku=DT04-4P-P021

Even if these pins are wired together on the PCB, would you want to risk blowing up a controller in case of a shortcircuit?
I would certainly opt for the extra splices...
