Remove unused images in project
« on: April 16, 2021, 08:27:48 AM »
Is there an easy way to find and remove unused images in the image library for a project? After many years and updates, there is probably some images that are not used. But they will probably still be compiled, extending the compilation time, and increasing the .lhx file size.

Thanks

If you are using the Vector Based Screen Editor there is an toolbar button in the screen editor to view and delete unused screen items.
I have not seen anything in the Classic Screen Editor but I haven't used it as much.

Thanks for the info! I did not notice that feature before.

But there seems to be a problem when I selected "Delete", then I got a lot of errors for missing images when compiling. But "Remove" worked, I just had to pack the project and delete the files from the folder manually.
