Display % character

How do you display the % character in the screen area in a text string? I don't see it in the help file and '%' is embedded in a million places int he PDF manual. But couldn't find a topic on text strings. FYI - this is for a DP200 display.

A.Peterson:
A single % is used for digit variables so you will use two %% to force a percent symbol to display.
