Adding a PDF doc to the project folder

Hi,
I am trying to add a reference document to my project folder (apparently this is supported by Guide) but I have encountered an issue with closing & zipping the project.
It fails to zip and displays a warning that it cannot find the document that I have just added but if I look in the folder it is there.
Any ideas?

Seem to have sorted this one.
It looks like there must have been something in the document name that Guide did not like (e.g. space in the file name), anyway renamed the file and it worked.

May be current PDF just open? Close PDF before closing project.
