"Invalid image size" when starting GUIDE
« on: November 27, 2014, 02:08:50 AM »
On my Windows 7 desktop, GUIDE v7.07 and now 7.08 produce a little popup when starting that says "Invalid image size".  Then when I open a project, the Function tab in the right-hand selector pane is empty.  Most hardware blocks are gone as well.  When I try to install hardware I get the same error.  When I try to install function blocks, the functions will install almost OK, except that the icons beside each function are missing.  Completely uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help.

Anyone else see this error and know how to fix it?

Are you using a DPI setting other than 100% in Windows? Try setting it to 100%, if so, and see if it helps.

No, it's always been at the default 100%, and I just checked to ensure that it still is.  Bummer though, that would have been a great fix.  Thanks!

This problem has been fixed by installing version 7.1.
