PLUS+1® Help desk email issues!

Dear PLUS+1® Users

At the moment, no emails are coming through to our Help desk email inbox!
Danfoss IT technicians are working on the issue and hopefully we will have it up running again shortly.

If any of you know you have sent emails to us the past few days (since monday) and are in urgent need of support, please give us a call and let us know.

Dear PLUS+1® users!

We are now back reading emails again. We are going to change help desk tool to avoid any downtime.
Unfortunately the new solution were not implemented soon enough.

Between Monday 2016-04-18 and Wednesday 2016-04-20 we lost incoming emails so please resend your request and we will do our out most to respond as soon as possible.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused due to lost emails and poor response time.
