PLUS+1 Compliant Hardware / Re: Re: CG150-2 Connectivity Problems

Hello Tannnnn,
JS1-H joysticks operate in CAN. If you want to connect to the joystick, you need to supply it with power and connect it in CAN to the CG150.
You'll find the wiring diagram for the joystick in the documentation:

Please note that JS1-H joysticks are not programmable. You can, however, set them via the service tool and the dedicated file you can obtain from the update center.

Have a nice day

PLUS+1 Compliant Hardware / JS1H questions

Hello all,

I and new Danfoss product user. I brought a JS1H Joystick PWM. I want to connect it to my laptop in order to program it on Plus+1 software. What hardware kit should do i need to establish this communication ?
the joystick has 2x 12-pin DTM DEUTSCH connector (1 black and 1 Gray). I know i'll be needing a gateway CG150-2 to establish the communication between the joystick and my laptop. Is there anything else required ?

A reply would be highly appreciated.

Thanks Guys!
Any news about programming with IEC61131? We are facing more and more complex program and it really would be useful.

Hello 8)

- For the engine communicatione you need to use CAN0 (CAN port 0)
- For the OX024 and DM430 CAN1 (CAN port 1)

- CAN0 (if you are using the physical CAN0)

Hello all,

I use module SC050, OX024, DM430 and engine
I want to use Can_0 communication only between SC050 and engine.
And use Can_1 communication with SC050, OX024 and DM430.
I think for module OX024 it's ok.  It's done Please see image enclosed.
But I don't know if I must to change also Can_0 of DM430 and SC050 secondary to Can_1.
Or just connecting modules to Can_Bus_1.
Specially SC050 secondary.

I hope you understand my idea.

Thanks in advance for you help

With best regards

Hell marbek,

Thank you very much for your help.

My load is less than 50 mA.

I can put resistance in parallel.

But I need to do diagnostic of the output.

With best regards

Hi Camox,
I think I understand. It sounds like you are adding ports to a page, but you don't use them outside of that page.

There is a helpful setting you can toggle in the options.
In 2023 Its in the CAD option section on the left, then the option group is Automatic page port matching.
For "Add matching ports to..." you would deselect the "Page Interface" checkbox.
Unchecking this option will tell GUIDE not to automatically add them to the page interface.

Then if you edit the page interface you can just delete the 7 ports that had been added.

Do you mean: "Do you know how to make them visible again in the page editor?"

That is not possible.

You have to backup pages before making them invisible!
