Help me for the licence

Hello,

I have an professionnal licence but it says "Extend maintenance" in the "register" box.

I bought a maintenance license with the 11179524 code but when I add it to the GUIDE, it tells me that my license is already used!!!

How should I do it ? I'm lost... :o
