It was a problem with the permissions of the IT service. I've been working on a virtual computer ever since so I don't have this problem anymore.

Hello! I also have error 448. There is no message in the Compiler Messages that says that this program is blocked by Group Policy. I don't know what to do... Any help on this?

Seems like it is OK now. Not sure how to fix it, so I uninstalled everything that is possible to uninstall from Danfoss and then installed again.

OK... The error 448 came back. I tested and it appears after I place a Function block and then debug...

Is it possible that you have certain restrictions from work? I am currently using a virtual machine which means I no longer have any restrictions.
