Is there a way to create a service tool button to download the app log?
We need to create a "User" tool that just downloads the log and
also has a button to erase it.

Hello,

1. Open an Advanced Parameter Function.
2. Select a Button.
3. Design the Button with a hyperlink to Read Application Log.

To erase the log you can connect a Set Pulse component to the erase function in the Applog in the GUIDE program and then use a Set Pulse object in the Advanced Parameter Function in the Service Tool.
