Title: Express licence - how to

Hello,

I installed the GUIDE 10.0 as a new user (I didn't buy a pro licence yet). I used succesfully the trial licence, but now it is expired.

The express licence is valid until 20 nov 2018, but when I select it, it appears a message "Your licence does not permit you to run this software. Select another licence?".

How can I use the express licence?

Ditto on this.  Some of my most active and able customers download the Express version so that they can get a Service Tool with design view for free, and they're constantly having trouble with the license expiring on one of their service laptops and them not knowing what to do. 

I realize that the license should last a year (right?), but is the initial install just having a 90 day period?  For some reason it has cropped up recently more than I'd expect if it lasted a year, and the customer always needs me to help talk them through going into the license manager and generating the email.  Is there just a quick walkthrough document available?  It's a fairly simple process, but it's not something that your average technician can feel their way through solo.

Hi guys!

Our Trial/Express license works like this;

Trial is a 90-day period and then it automatically moves over to an Express license. This means you loose some functionality. Exactly what can be found on this page as you expand the drop down list for PLUS+1 GUIDE or Service tool;

What version of 10 of GUIDE are you using?
if you have used any of the libraries of functions that needs a Professional license i believe you can get this message moving over to a Trial license.

You can find the License manager help by clicking the Help button in the License manager which gives you instructions on how to install different licenses, rehost etc.

Hello,

my Danfoss Plus1 Guide version is 10.0.7.808.

I never installed any library.

I unistalled the Plus1 Guide also because I thinked some files was broken, but it still does not working.

it sounds like we need to take a closer look into your issue. Could you send an email with a screen dump of your error message, your license manager and project in a .P1P-format, to plus+1helpdesk@danfoss.com?
