ECU download failed
« on: April 13, 2017, 09:02:25 AM »
Hi,

I have a problem with downloading my compiled application into a MC.. It stopped working saying

#1:
ECU: 0,6 - TestC  Download File: TEST.lhx
Error: Internal: Unable to write ECU history

It is MC12-012 controller, it quit working after several successful downloads..

Any ideas? Thank you very much...

Hi Daniel!

What version of Service Tool are you using? Where is this MC located, in a test bench or on a machine? If it's located on a machine, have you checked battery voltage?

If battery voltage check doesn't solve your issue it's easier if you send your application to plus1helpdesk@danfoss.com and we can try to download it to a unit in our test bench to see if we experience the same thing.

Best regards

Hello Nilla,

I am currently using the newest version of Service Tool. Voltage should be fine, I checked that several times.

Another thing I noticed is that is says Error E260 is causing this.. Any idea?

Thanks, Daniel

Hi Daniel!

I'm really sorry it has taken so long time to get you a response via the forum and I'm really hoping you took my advice and sent your application to plus1helpdesk@danfoss.com for us to try this out and got some help. If not please send it in and we'll have a look!

Best regards

I recommend trying the 'Recover ECU' function in the Service Tool.  It's under the Communication drop down.
