Title: WS103 Plastic M12 Threads
Post by: FluidPowerTom on December 06, 2016, 10:19:53 PM
Has anyone else got their WS103 unit and noticed that the plastic threads on one of the M12 connectors was a bit messed up right out of the box?

No, but I have noticed it is very easy to cross thread.

Same here. It would be a very nice upgrade to this product if the thread were metallic instead of plastic.

Hi FluidPowerTom!

It would be very much appreciated if you could send your experience around the plastic threads (photo of the device connector and name tag of the device and its serial number) to info-dts@danfoss.com . That makes it possible for us to investigate further.

Best regards
Nilla
