Is there any way to change the line spacing for Text Definitions that are multiple lines?

Also wondering if there's a way to vertically align text to be Center aligned instead of having it be Top aligned.

No, as far as I can see there is no setting for line spacing or vertically alignment in the definition.
We can add this to the PLUS+1 Wishlist.
