I can't seem to locate this in the documentation.  What type of protection is provided on the Plus+1 outputs, backfeed voltage and surge protection?

Thanks Niel, that answered my question.  I suspected thad S-D didn't have onboard backfeed protection but I wasn't able to get verification from my distributor.
