You can find license information here: https://www.danfoss.com/en/products/dps/software/software-and-tools/plus1-software/plus1-licenses/

If you have a license you can look at the "Maintenance until" date. See image
The black frame shows the Maintenance release date, when the software was released. The red frame shows your license maintenance date.
For your license to work for a certain version of the software, the license date needs to be later than the software date.
You can still use the version of the tool earlier than the license date, but you need to renew the license to use later versions.

For the Service Tool you only need a license to design service pages.
