Missed DLL

Guys,

one of the field guys have an issue when trying to use the CANking, basically it says this" CAN CHANNEL ERROR 16, Cannot find requested DLL"

he has installed the software a couple of times but still the same issue

Does anyone know why is that and how to fix that?

Hi Pinias!

On the picture it looks like you're using Kvaser CAN King, not Danfoss CAN King. I'm not sure this works together with our CG150-2 gateway if that's what you're using.
