OX024 - Troubleshoot Error

Hi,

I trust you all are well. I require some assistance with regards find out\troubleshooting error's with Micro-controllers and IX\OX\IOX modules.

Is there technical information regarding the output lights on the modules\controllers? I have a unit with Faulty Canbus, is there a way to receive information from a print out so I may hand over to Danfoss? Or do they have to go by my word?

Hi!

Here is a document introducing you to the IOX's in GUIDE. If you take a look at page 10 you can read about the red and green LED's. If this doesn't solve your problem please don't hesitate to contact us at PLUS+1 Helpdesk!
