DM1000 does not start

Hello,
I work with an DM1000 on my desk with a 24v power supply.
Today, the screen does not start. I verify the supply is good on C1P1 and C1P2.

I went through the documentation but I can’t find anything to check or test.
Do you have any idea?

Hi,

Did you check if you are working with the newest HWD?

Can you still connect to it with the ServiceTool?

Ican't connect to the dysplay with the service tool.
I had updated the hardware file three weeks ago.

Contact Danfoss. There is a way to fix this.

I had to add a switch on the power wire in order to get a DM1000 to power up with a desktop power supply. Turning on the power supply would not power up the display. I have to turn on the power supply and then flip the switch to get it to come on.
