Title: change boot logo duration
Post by: spittet on September 11, 2020, 09:49:11 PM
Hi,

I have a DM1000T. I was able to insert a custom boot logo image. It is displayed really fine, but I find it to be displayed for a too short amount of time for my taste. Does this time/duration can be modified somehow?

If it's not possible, I will simply not use the "Boot Logo" feature by using a black rectangle image and I will add my own Boot logo in my program using a screen definition so I can control the displayed time/duration.

Hi Sam,

No, this "Boot Logo" time can't be changed. It's as long as the system needs to start up.
One solution can be that you use the same image/logo for the "Boot Logo" and the "Splash Screen". Then you don't have to have a black screen in the beginning, and it will look nicer.

Have a nice day
