I see the course and presenter list, but I was looking for an itinerary for the conference. Has a schedule been set, if so, where can I find this information?

Glad you are joining us.

We have not finalized the agenda yet but in general this is the draft for Barcelona and Orlando:

Tuesday
10:00 Conference registration opens.
14:00 Conference opens.
General presentations about PLUS+1 to all participants.
18:00 Dinner with trade show.

Wednesday
08:00.16:00 4 Break out sessions
18:00 Dinner with trade show.

Thursday
08:00.15:00 3 Break out sessions
15:00-16:00 Closing ceremony with give away lottery.

For your flight planning the conference starts 14:00 on Tuesday and ends 16:00 on Thursday.

The agenda above can be changed but I hope you have at least an overview of the conference.
I will keep updating here when we finalize more and more.

Will there be computers set up, or do we need to bring our own laptops with seats of GUIDE?

You do not need your laptop for the event, we will use presentations and live demonstrations in our training classes.
Afterwards we will share the presentation material and examples by mail.
