New versions of Configurator and FW Programmer

Where does one find a readme file or any sort of docs on what has changed in the newer versions of the WS Configurator and the WS FW Programmer? I searched the directories they were installed to and I either missed them or they are not in there.

New Versions
-------------------------
Configurator 2.03.02
FW Programmer 1.03.03

Old Versions
-------------------------
Configurator 2.02.08
FW Programmer 1.02.05
