PLUS+1 GUIDE / Installing V260 Display hardware files in Guide 2022.2.5
« Last post by BrianF on August 15, 2022, 05:59:53 PM »
Has anybody installed the latest v2.6 DP700 hardware file in Guide 2022.2.5?  They work in Guide 2022.1.4.

I have a new project that I am working on and I can't open the file in 2022.1.4 because I started it in 2022.2.5 and 2022.1.4 can't open the project because the screen repository file format changed between the versions.

When I try to install the hardware file in 2022.2.5 I get an *** ERROR 53 *** [PLUS1_IDE] INTERNAL: CAN NOT RECONIZE FILE FORMAT {....\CommonData\GUIDE\Hardware\70083351V260\DP700_70083351v260.hwd}

Thank you,
Brian F.

Has the download progress bar been taken away when downloading programs into controllers?  I don't see one anymore.

I also had to send a customer the downloaded .exe file for them to install service tool.  They NEVER got an email with a link.

PLUS+1 GUIDE / Re: Certificate IEC 61508 PLUS+1 Dev Tools
« Last post by Tor on August 15, 2022, 10:33:57 AM »
Hello,

This is what I got from the PLUS+1 Developer team:

"The process to certify 2021.x has started, but is a bit on hold right now due to vacations.
I don’t have a date when it will completed at this point, but we are trying to process this as fast as we can.
Due to some lead time to receive the final certification stamp I don’t expect that we will have it available earlier than in September though."

Sorry that it wasn't a "better" answer.

Have a nice day.

I kind of thought after the replies here that we'd see a response from a Danfoss personnel.

PLUS+1 CS Hardware / Update CS10 Hdw file
« Last post by dlewis on August 11, 2022, 08:26:42 PM »
How long should it take to download a new program into a CS10 when going from Hwd version 257 to version 303?  So far it's taking what feels like an eternity.

PLUS+1 GUIDE / Feature Request - Custom Enumeration Constants
« Last post by BrianF on August 11, 2022, 06:49:48 PM »
It would be very nice to have a way to create Custom Enumeration Constants.   Right now the software has an enumeration for the "Time Base."  The custom enumeration could behave similar to that feature.  Just make it a different color boarder to indicate that it is a custom enumeration constant. The base data type could be selected (U8, S16 etc.) so the data could pass through other built in components.

Thank you,
Brian F.
