Adding Hardware - Error 302

Hi,

When I create a new project in Plus+1 GUIDE 7.1.12, and try to open up a controller, I get the following error:

ERROR 302 [PLUS1_IDE] INTERNAL: UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION WITH MESSAGE: {No Open project}.

I am using the evaluation version, ultimate Beginner and would like to get to know the program whilst training online.

Hello!

Please make sure that you have full admin rights when you install and use the program. You could try and right click on on the PLUS+1 GUIDE icon and Run as Administrator.
It is also recommended to use the latest version from our website. Hope this helps.

I was having the same problem but I found running the program in Windows 10 as admin helped fixed the issue.
