Is there an overview over controllers and displays etc. which allow for Structured Text and C programming somewhere?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking.  All of the Danfoss controllers can use IEC 61131-3 Structured Text (and LD and, I think, FBD if you really want to for some reason).  It's built into the GUIDE platform.  I believe that's also the case for C programming.
