Viewing subpages: What do you think?
« on: September 20, 2012, 06:16:59 PM »
I wish, it would be possible to view inside the Sauer-Danfoss modules/pages.
It is OK, that it is not possible to make changes there.
But it would be better, I can see, what is inside.

What do you think?
Maybe Sauer Danfoss let us see inside?

Best regards,
Bernd

Nobody wants to know, what is inside?
I want to look inside and perhaps take ideas for my programming.

I agree, I would like to look inside also! That would also help to understand how to use some of the pages.

Looking inside would be helpful when an error message points to a location in a locked page.

Ok, now it is 2 years ago........
I have used J1939 function blocks - so far, so good.
But now I have to send this messages to another controller,
means: reading PGN and send the 8byte-array to another controller.
I will use for each PGN another ID and so on.

But now I can't use the danfoss function library, because it is closed and I can't get the array of 8 bytes.

So I have to write my own modules and delete the danfoss modules.

I wish, the would open their modules for reading and perhaps for modifying. They could make a automatic notice, so everybody could see, that this module is changed by the software-engineer.
